# 計點規則

### 一、商店計點規則介紹

商店計點規則是一套綜合性的評分系統，用於評估商店的營運表現。商店可透過【<mark style="background-color:red;">系統管理</mark>】隨時檢視其運營狀況。此系統旨在鼓勵良好的商店運營，並透過評分規則進行管理。

### **二、**&#x8A08;算與運作方式計點規則主要依據以下指標進行計分：

1. [商品相關](/ji-dian-gui-ze/shang-pin-xiang-guan.md)
2. [表現力](/ji-dian-gui-ze/biao-xian-li.md)

若商店未達標準值，則會依累計計點進行限制。<mark style="background-color:red;">商店累計達到6點後，將進入第一階段的限權</mark>，並依下列條款限制權限：

* 每次限權持續30日，從限制生效當日開始計算。
* 30日後系統自動解除限制，但計點紀錄保留，若再次達門檻，限權將再次生效。

（購買廣告的商品不受「搜尋引擎降權」影響）

若對計點有異議，商店可於【<mark style="background-color:red;">管理系統-營運表現</mark>】提出申訴。

### **三、**&#x8A08;點重置機制

計點系統以每季為單位重置計點：

* 第一季：1月～3月
* 第二季：4月～6月
* 第三季：7月～9月
* 第四季：10月～12月

每季開始，累計計點歸零並重新計算。

### **四、**&#x9650;權機制說明

**商店計點達不同門檻時，系統將限制不同的權限：**

備註：平台將視情節嚴重者，平台有權暫停商店請領貨款至處理完成

### 五、額外等級

當季計分達15計分時，後續只要每累積到3計分，將會再次進入等級5之限制

1. 同一季度：
   * 賣家達15計分進入等級5限制後，於限制期間又得到>=3計分，將會延長等級5之限制
   * 賣家達15計分進入等級5限制後，於限制結束又得到>=3計分，將會重新進入等級5之限制
2. 額外等級之狀況僅適用於同一季度，若跨季則依照該計分相對應之等級限制
3. 達15計分時，後續不論是累積至幾計分(>=3，以3分為一級距)皆是進入等級5之限制
4. 當您進入額外等級時，賣家中心內仍會顯示為等級5，但您可以查看額外等級計分及限制詳情

範例：

賣家C在2020/10/5(一)時得到15分計分

達到等級5的限制：暫停參加主題活動、無法享有蝦皮運費或活動補助、部分及多數商品會顯示於搜尋結果及每日新發現頁面中較後面的排序、無法上架和編輯商品和凍結帳戶28天

賣家C在「限制期間內」2020/10/19(一)時又得到3分計分，總共累積到18分計分：於10/19再延長等級5限制28天

賣家C在「」解除限制後2020/11/23(一)時又得到3分計分，總共累積到21分計分：於11/23重新進入等級5限制

賣家C計分會累積到2020/12/31(四)

明年2021/1/4(一)才會歸零重新計算(包含額外等級限制)
