# 客服糾紛處理原則

### 一、**積極協調處理交易糾紛**

當買賣雙方因訂單發生交易糾紛時，商店需積極與客人協調溝通解決。如果協調未果或商店未協助處理，AKARIC有權依據相關法規及本規則處理糾紛。AKARIC將視情節嚴重性，去衡量賣家所承擔之費用

### **二、平台介入後的應對**

若客人申請平台介入，<mark style="color:red;">商店需在一個工作天內回覆並提供相關佐證資料。</mark>如未於規定時間內提供，AKARIC有權根據現有資料進行仲裁。若判定問題出於商店，商店需配合執行；如判定為客人問題，平台將與客人進行說明。

### **三、達成協議後的執行**

商店與客人達成協議後，應按協議時間內完成執行。如雙方仍有爭議無法達成協議，平台將進行判定，商店需在一個工作天內回覆執行結果。若未按時執行，AKARIC有權根據協議結果強制執行。

### **四、未妥善處理的後果**

商店需妥善處理下列情境，否則導致客訴產生時，AKARIC將根據客人訴求直接進行仲裁。所有因未妥善處理所產生的維護費用，平台將自商店貨款中扣除。視情節嚴重性，AKARIC亦有權在問題解決前暫時關閉商店。
