### 1. 運費說明

#### (1). 本島寄件

**提醒事項**

* 澎湖地區之馬公(虎井島、桶盤島)、望安(全)、七美(全)、白沙(大倉嶼、員貝嶼、鳥嶼、吉貝嶼)恕不提供黑貓宅急便包裹收送服務。
* 以下區域恕不提供宅急便包裹收送服務：澎湖縣馬公市(虎井島、桶盤島)、望安鄉、七美鄉、白沙鄉(大倉嶼、員貝嶼、鳥嶼、吉貝嶼)，金門縣烈嶼(大膽島、二膽島)、烏坵鄉，台東縣蘭嶼鄉，釣魚台列嶼、東沙群島、南沙群島 。
* 離島地區為澎湖、金門、馬祖、綠島；離島互寄係指該四地互寄。
* 離島地區若遇天候、海象、船班年節停航及船班歲修等不可控之因素，恕無法指定希望配達日及時段。
* 以上費用皆為含稅價

**服務條件與限制**

* 長+寬+高≦105CM，限重常溫5KG、低溫10KG
* 如欲退貨需支付逆物流運費(上述價格+退貨處理費)
* 以上費用皆為含稅價

### 2. 結算方式

每月1日至當月最後一日寄件者已配送完成之商品，系統會在次月15日出帳單(遇假日順延至下一個工作天)，商家需於次月22日前匯款。(由商家負擔轉帳手續費)。

**繁盛期服務費：**

常低溫各尺寸+10元

(運費=上述價格+繁盛期服務費)。例：中秋及過年往前7天計算。

**花東地區服務費：**

常低溫各尺寸+10元

(運費=上述價格+花東地區服務費)

**報值服務費率：**

0.8%

(運費=上述價格+商品申報價x費率)契約客戶申報上限拾萬元，不受託運條款第二條第二項限制。

**特殊地點配送運費：**

比照本島/離島牌價

特殊地點區域詳見官網契客專區，黑貓保有特殊地點修改權利

### 3. 金流代收服務

**(1). 收費方式**

按件收費。

**(2). 結算方式**

每月1日至當月最後一日寄件者已配送完成之貨到付款款項，將於次月15日撥款(遇假日順延至下一個工作天)。

* 上述匯款日若遇銀行休假日，則順延至下一個營業日，並同意支付銀行匯款手續費。
* 結算貨款時，將自動扣除服務手續費，並且從代收貨款中扣減運費金額，為應給付之款項。
* 如需代收貨款，遇消費者拒收退貨時，須額外支付10元退貨處理費。
* 以上費用皆為含稅價<br>
