## 功能說明

* 區分企業買家類型，依小型企業、大型企業提供相應服務。
* 依企業買家類型提供不同價格，如批發價、會員折扣等，並可按數量設置價格分級優惠。
* 企業買家可發送詢價單，賣家在溝通確認後提供報價單，買家可直接結帳或轉換為採購單。
* 支援提前建立報價單並設定瀏覽權限，適用於不同客戶群，提供靈活且客製化的報價內容。
* 此功能包含彈性定價、線上議價、多賣家詢價、訂單轉換、PDF 報價單匯出等功能，提升管理效率。

### **報價欄位**

路徑：「會員中心」 > 「前往賣家中心」 > 「報價」

1. **報價欄位說明：**
   * 報價名稱
   * 金額：報價單內產品總金額
   * 操作：
     * 編輯
     * 刪除
2. **搜尋欄位**：可依報價名稱進行搜尋，快速篩選並操作該報價單。

### 新增報價

路徑：「會員中心」 > 「前往賣家中心」 > 「報價」 > 「新增報價」

在「報價」功能下，點擊「新增報價」按鈕。

1. 設定報價單的內容，包含：
   * **群體能見度：**&#x9078;擇可觀看此報價單之買家群體
     * 小型企業
     * 大型企業
   * **用戶能見度**：可輸入電子郵件，單獨設定允許查看該報價單的使用者。
   * **報價自訂文字**：報價單備註、附加資訊
   * **新增產品**：可複選多個產品
     * 品項名稱
     * 數量
     * 單價
   * **報價標題**
   * **儲存報價**
   * **發送報價電子郵件**

### **使用小技巧**

* 根據不同類型的企業買家設定明確的價格策略，例如：批發價、折扣價、會員價等，提升交易效率。
* 善用「價格分級」功能，針對不同採購數量提供不同的折扣比例，例如：訂購量越大，折扣越多，鼓勵買家大量採購。
* 為企業買家提供詳細的商品資訊，例如：產品規格、技術文件、認證證書等，提升買家信任度。
* 利用報價單功能，清楚地呈現商品資訊和價格，提升交易效率。也可以預先建立報價單，節省時間，並提供特殊報價給特定客戶。
* 追蹤詢價狀態，例如：是否已回覆、是否已轉換為訂單等，方便您管理業務進度。
