### **一、審查說明**

本公司設立了專門的審核團隊，負責對廠商提交的所有文件進行嚴格審查，以確保其真實性和一致性。

審查團隊將利用政府機構提供的公開資訊，透過經濟部商業司的 \[商工登記公示資料查詢服務] 和內政部戶政司的 \[國民身分證領補換資料查詢作業] 網頁，驗證廠商的公司設立（變更）登記表或商業登記抄本，以及公司負責人的資料，確保其正確性和合法性。

為進一步確保申請廠商的身分真實性，要求廠商在所提供的公司設立（變更）登記表或商業登記抄本上，加蓋與公司登記相同的大、小章。此外，聯絡人資料及各場所、商品照片也將逐一審視，核對廠商提交的照片與資訊是否一致。

透過這一嚴格的資料審查與身分認證機制，確保平台上的廠商均具有合法身分，從而保障消費者的購物權益與平台的整體信譽，營造一個安全、可靠的購物環境。

### **二、審查流程**

審核團隊將進行以下流程進行文件審核：

1. **提交文件**

   申請廠商需透過專屬網路提交所有必須的資料與文件。系統將設定所有欄位為必填，且所有必備文件必須上傳，不可缺少。
2. **初步審查**

   審查團隊將仔細審核廠商提交的所有文件，核對其真實性、合法性與一致性，確保廠商具有合法身分。
3. **身份驗証**

   審查團隊將利用政府機構公開資訊網站，逐一核對廠商提交的資料和文件，驗證其真實性。
4. **審核結果**
   1. **退件**：若審核過程中發現任何文件資料不清晰、缺漏或不符的情況，系統將退件，並要求廠商重新提交正確的資訊或文件。
   2. **合格**：若廠商通過審核，將發信至業務聯絡人信箱，提供AKARIC OTP，並授予廠商平台使用資格。

透過這一完善的商店審查與身分認證機制，確保平台上的廠商均為合法和真實的業者，進一步為消費者提供安全、可靠的購物體驗。
