# 猶豫期

### **一、猶豫期承諾**

根據消費者保護法，商店承諾消費者在商品到貨次日起 10 天（包含假日）內，不需提供任何理由即可辦理退換貨，前提是商品未毀損。

### **二、不適用猶豫期之商品**

依據《消費者保護法》第 19 條及行政院消費者保護處公告「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」，以下 6 類商品不適用 10 天猶豫期，敬請參閱下表內容。

2. "國際航空客運服務" ，即為國際機票部分亦無 10 天猶豫期。
3. 客製化商品若客人下單後，未收到商品前申請取消：
