# 商品訂價規範

### 一、**商品訂價規範**

商店訂定商品價格應當具備價格競爭力，且不得出現欺騙性價格標示及價格不實等違規行為。

### **二、訂價不實**

指違反商品訂價規範，以下為相關違規行為：包括但不限於以下情況

1. **訂價過高：**
   * 商品價格明顯高於其他平台
   * 商品價格較該商品歷史價格有大幅度上漲
   * 商品價格明顯高於平台認定該商品一般價格
2. **虛構比較價格：**

商店提供虛假的或使人誤解的比較價格或價格對比，誘導客人進行購物。

3. **先提高價格後降價：**

商店藉由促銷活動，刻意提高價格，其價格明顯高於該商品未促銷活動時的價格。

範例：某電腦椅未促銷活動時售價為 5,500 元，促銷活動滿 5,000 送 1000，此時將售價提高至 6,500 元，實際成交價為 5,500 元，故意誘導客人。

4. **誇大不實的折扣：**

商店提供虛假的或使人誤解的優惠折扣，誘導客人進行購物。

5. **價格異常波動：**

某商品單日調整價格頻率高於同類商品，已影響客人的正常購物行為。

6. **宣傳價格與售價不符：**

商品主圖價格訊息與標示售價不相符合。
